A Korean-American college student committed suicide by wearing a plastic bag in LA.

A Korean American college student Yoon (19), who was missing in Philadelphia last week, was killed in Los Angeles, about 2,700 miles away, police are investigating.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Yoon, who was attending Philadelphia Drexel University, was found dead at 10:45 am on the 17th at the Sierra Altaway in West Hollywood and on the road near Sunset Vail Avenue.

Police said that they did not show any signs of death and it is estimated that they had killed themselves. According to the Drexel School Police Department, at around 3 am on December 12, Yun Gun was not seen since he was last seen at the Towers Hall dormitory on the university campus.

It was reported that Yun’s parents who visited the campus had reported missing because he could not get in touch with Yoon. On the 15th day, the university informed students and staff members that Yun was missing.

According to the police, Yoon Gun, a freshman at Drexel University, majored in film and television at Design Westfal College in Media Arts, and was known to be from the Chapel Hill area of North Carolina.

Drexel Korean Student Association President Park Hwan said that he was not a student of the Korean Student Association, saying, “Friends of Yoon’s family who went to South Korea for vacation were shocked by the fact.”

According to Yoon’s associates, Yoon was known to be a bright and friendly student.
